The Interactions Section has information about protein protein interactions between the products of your gene of interest and other proteins. 

The table contains the unique identifiers for a protein product (because one gene can make multiple proteins), the interacting protein, the gene this protein is created from, other members of a complex if any, where the information comes from, links to literature in PubMed, and a description of the interaction. 

The Human Protein Reference Database (HPRD) is a great place to find protein-protein interaction information.
